Terms of use

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the relationship between the online store VGR.uz (hereinafter — "Seller") and buyers (hereinafter — "Buyer"). 1.2. By placing an order on vgr.uz, the Buyer confirms their agreement with these Terms. 1.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms without prior notice. The current version is always available on this page. 1.4. All products presented on the website are original VGR brand products.

2.1. Orders are placed through the vgr.uz website by adding products to the cart and filling out the checkout form. 2.2. When placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate contact information: name, phone number, delivery address. 2.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives confirmation to the specified phone number or email. 2.4. A manager contacts the Buyer within one business day to confirm the order and clarify details. 2.5. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if inaccurate information is provided or if the product is out of stock.

3.1. All prices on the website are listed in Uzbek soums (UZS) and include VAT. 3.2. The Seller has the right to change product prices without prior notice. The price is fixed at the time of order placement. 3.3. Available payment methods: • Cash on delivery • Online payment via Payme (Uzcard, Humo cards) 3.4. For online payments, the order is processed after payment confirmation. 3.5. In case of cancellation of an online-paid order, funds are returned within 5 business days.

4.1. Delivery is available throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan. 4.2. Delivery cost and time depend on the region and are listed on the "Delivery" page. 4.3. Free delivery throughout Tashkent. 4.4. The Buyer must accept the order at the specified address at the agreed time. 4.5. Upon receipt, the Buyer has the right to inspect the product before payment and refuse the purchase if the product does not match the description. 4.6. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5.1. The Buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt. 5.2. Conditions for returning a product of proper quality: • The product has not been used • The product appearance, packaging, and accessories are preserved • The receipt and warranty card are preserved 5.3. Return of defective products is carried out in accordance with warranty obligations. 5.4. Funds are returned using the same payment method within 5 business days. 5.5. Consumables (blades, attachments) are not subject to exchange or return.

6.1. All products come with an official manufacturer's warranty. 6.2. The warranty period for all products is 1 (one) month from the date of purchase. 6.3. The warranty does not cover: • Mechanical damage • Damage from improper use • Natural wear of consumables • Consequences of self-repair 6.4. A receipt and warranty card are required for warranty service.

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for: • Delivery delays caused by transport companies or force majeure • Losses arising from improper use of the product • Website interruptions due to technical reasons 7.2. The Seller's total liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product. 7.3. The Seller is not responsible for the actions of third parties (payment systems, transport companies). 7.4. Product photos on the website are for informational purposes. The actual appearance of the product may slightly differ.

8.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. 8.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be considered in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 8.3. To resolve any issues, the Buyer can contact customer support by phone or email.
